You can carry a great deal, know a great deal and mean a great deal to other people while your own voice fades into the background. My work returns to this question: where do you still recognise yourself in the life or business you have built?
My faith is a source of meaning and direction. My background in social work also helps me look at circumstances: the responsibilities, relationships and opportunities in someone’s real life. A choice needs room within that reality.
That is why I connect reflection with structure. An insight about self-worth can become a conversation about boundaries. A clearer understanding of your expertise can become a sharper offer. An idea you have carried for years can become an achievable plan. This is where my work as a coach meets my work as a consultant.

A new name. A story that keeps growing.
I started Coaching Joy Healing in 2020. Personal conversations, workshops and group programmes made room for self-love, self-worth and finding direction, including I LOVE ME and WVM.
Alongside that work, I supported entrepreneurs, worked in recruitment and contributed to projects and events. AYA brings these experiences together: identity guides the choices, strategy gives them a workable form.
The person behind the work.
I am also a mother, a believer and an entrepreneur. My Dominican roots and my life in Belgium influence how I meet people and connect different worlds. I listen, ask deeper questions and help turn what matters into clear decisions and actions.
