I am Carmen. Social worker, coach, consultant and founder of AYA. In 2020 I started Coaching Joy Healing. I supported people, taught masterclasses, organised gatherings and trained coaches.
AYA carries that history forward. My Dominican roots, my life in Belgium, my faith in God and my love for people run through everything I create. I believe that what lives within you deserves attention — and a form in which you can live it.
That is why I listen, ask deeper questions and build alongside you. Sometimes gently. Sometimes with a question that hits home. Always with the intention of moving forward together.
