What is life coaching?
Personal support with confidence, boundaries, choices, structure and direction in everyday life. Carmen listens and helps you choose achievable steps. You decide what fits. Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Can we meet online?
Yes, by arrangement. You receive a link once the appointment is confirmed.
How do I request an appointment?
Complete the form and submit it. A successful submission shows a receipt message. We then confirm the date, payment and practical arrangements personally. An enquiry is not yet a confirmed booking.
What is consultancy?
Practical advice for your business, organisation or project. We examine objectives and current operations and advise on choices, offers, planning, communication or cooperation. Implementation is included only as agreed in advance.
