You understand what needs to change.
How do you put it into practice?
Knowing you need a boundary is different from expressing it. Having an idea is different from carrying it out. Ayenti connects identity with the choices, preparation and daily practice that change requires.

Change asks for more than insight.
You may know you need boundaries and still say yes. You may feel a business idea and keep postponing it. Ayenti is my own coaching approach for exploring the space between knowing and doing.
The five movements are a guiding framework, not a fixed number of sessions. Your question determines where we begin and how much attention each movement needs.
What no longer feels right?
01 · CallingRecognise a question that keeps returning. We identify the gap between what you do and what matters to you. For an entrepreneur, this may mean asking why a busy company has drifted from the reason it began.
Who are you beneath the expectations?
02 · EncounterExplore your story, roles, values and surroundings. What nourishes you, what asks too much and which beliefs need another look? We distinguish your own direction from expectations you have adopted automatically.
What does your choice need to grow?
03 · CreationA desire needs time, attention, boundaries, knowledge and a realistic plan. This might mean a different daily rhythm, or a first offer, price or business process. We identify what you can carry and what comes first.
How do you put your choice into action?
04 · Becoming visibleBring a decision into the world: have a conversation, express a boundary, share an offer or take a first step. We prepare what it asks of you. A carefully chosen action does not require every detail to be perfect.
How does this fit into ordinary life?
05 · EmbodimentReview what works, where old habits return and what needs adjusting. Repetition makes insight practical: planning, responses and agreements. Change can develop at a pace that fits your life.
Your real life belongs in the conversation.
We consider thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships and circumstances. Faith or meaning can be included where relevant to you. My Christian faith is a personal source of inspiration; we agree together what you want to discuss.
Ayenti is coaching, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It does not promise a particular result. WVM has its own three-session structure; business support is scoped as a separate assignment.
