I want to reconnect with myself →
You care, work, achieve and carry so much. Somewhere between those responsibilities, you have lost touch with the woman you really are. WVM is a personal journey in identity consultation, created for women who want to meet themselves again.
In three private sessions with Carmen — Encounter, Creation and Embodiment — you explore the roles and expectations you carry, give words to your desires and translate them into choices in your everyday life.

Explore the WVM journey →You say yes when your diary is already full. You know what your partner, children or colleagues need, but fall silent when asked what you want. Or you face a choice and keep seeking reassurance. These are real situations you can bring to me. We explore which expectations, beliefs and habits shape your choices, and what you want to change.
Here, identity means discovering which values are yours, which roles you want to carry consciously and where you keep abandoning yourself to meet an expectation. That insight matters when you can use it in a conversation, in your diary or in a decision.
You pay for personal attention, deeper questions and guidance in turning your insights into action. The intake first helps us identify your central question and a suitable next step. We agree on the content and costs of further support together; no particular outcome is promised in advance.
In a personal intake, we explore your situation and which support fits. The intake page explains what the conversation includes, how long it lasts and what it costs.
