You may know exactly how to reassure someone else while judging yourself for everything unfinished. Rest becomes something to earn. A mistake becomes proof of not being enough. Your needs wait until everyone else is helped.
I LOVE ME invites you to examine that relationship. You do not need to become another person before you deserve care. Self-love takes form in your words, the boundary you express and the attention you allow yourself.

What do you receive?
- A self-guided AYA programme with lessons, reflections, exercises and affirmations.
- Existing lessons, reflection questions, assignments and affirmations about self-love, self-compassion, self-respect and trust.
- A format for reading, writing and practising at times that fit your life.
For example, write down a self-critical thought, explore what is behind it and formulate a more conscious response. Or choose one need to make room for this week. Your experience depends on your situation and application. Personal sessions and live support are not included.

I LOVE ME grew out of my coaching practice. Questions about how you see yourself, what you need and how much space you allow yourself become material you can work with independently. The programme remains in the existing learning environment; AYA carries its personal foundation forward.
